Please follow these steps:

Step 1. Dial local or toll free access number.
Step 2. Enter the PIN ( Card ) number.
Step 3. Dial the destination number.

-- For North American calls, dial 1 + Area Code + Number.
-- For International calls, dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number.

How many minutes will I have on my card?

The number of minutes available is determined based on the rate to the country you are calling. Each time you use your calling card to place a call, the number of minutes available for your call will be announced to you before the call connects.

What is True Talk and Multi Call?

True Talk means no cheating, no connection fees, no maintenance fees, no service or any other hidden fees. Multi Call allows unlimited dialing access to our system via local access or toll free number.

Can I recharge my calling card?

Although you cannot recharge your calling card at present time, you can always purchase another card on our website. When reordering, simply log into your account, make your selection and check out. Your new PIN will be generated and emailed immediately!

Can I use this card with cell phones, is there any extra fee?

Our card works with most mobile devices and providers. There are no extra fees when dialing from a cell phone in North America. Please note that local and toll charges may apply if you are calling an access number outside of your mobile provider area. Additionally, you will be using your airtime minutes when using a calling card from your cellular phone. However, when using a calling card to call a cell phone overseas, additional fees may apply.

What does minute rounding mean?

Compare to other providers that charge 1+3 or even 1+5 minute rounding what means that if you make a phone call for less than a minute, you will be charged for a full minute. If your call is longer than a minute you are charged in three-minute increments. Therefore, if you make a call that is two minutes long, you would be charged for four minutes. Our Global Saver True Talk card using 1 minute rounding what means if you talk for less then a minute you will be charged for a full minute. If you talk for 2 minutes, you will be charged for 2 minutes.

Can I use my card from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands?

Calls from outside of Canada and the continental USA such as from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will incur an additional charge per minute. Our Global Saver card will still save you money compare to local telephone provider.

What is the difference between Local and Toll Free Access Numbers?

Local access number means you dial a local number in your area code to access our system. Toll Free access number means you dial a Toll Free number to access our system. If local access number availabe in your area code, please use it to get the most minutes possible out of your card. If a local access number is not available in your city, or if you are traveling, use our toll free number.

Is there any expiration date on Global Saver card?

Compare to other cards that expire in 30 days or less, Global Saver card will expire after 3 month from the activation date. It means once you make your first call, card becomes active and expiration day counted from this day.
