What is DirectWay Subscription Plan?
DirectWay subscription service is the best long distance saving plan that you can find. Multiple telephones can be registered including cell phones and there is no need to change your current telephone carrier. With DirectWay you no longer required to enter a PIN number as our system will recognize you as a subscriber and will grant direct access to destination of your choice. If traveling you still can use DirectWay service with assigned travel pin number. It is like having calling card, with much better rates.

Do I have to pay annual subscription fees?
No. There is no annual fee with our DirectWay Value subscription plan, but if you call long distance 50+ hours a month and would like to receive extra discounts and better rates, then DirectWay Plus/Pro programs is for you as it provides additional (Plus 5%, Pro 10%) discount on any destination.

How long do I have to wait for account activation.
Normally it takes 30-60 minutes to set-up your account. But just to be on a safe side, please allow up-to 6-12 hours for complete account activation.

Can I use DirectWay from unregistered phones?
Yes you can, but in this case you must request a travel pin number. It is free and if you don't have one sent to you with activation notice, please call our customer support line or send us an email.

Will the DirectWay plan work with cell phones?
Yes. All our subscription plans works with most mobile devices and providers. There are no extra fees when dialling from a cell phone in North America. Please note: Local and Toll charges may apply if you are calling an access number outside of your mobile provider area code.

What is the difference between Local and Toll Free Access Numbers? Local access number means you dial a local number in your area code to access our system. Toll Free access number means you dial a Toll Free number to access our system. If local access number availabe in your area code, please use it to get the most minutes possible out of your plan. If a local access number is not available in your city, or if you are traveling, use our toll free number.
